The Organic School Gardens at the Sydney Organic Expo 2011

The Organic School Gardens Program team were on site at the 2011 Sydney Organic and Green Expo.  There was lots of information for schools, teachers, farmers, volunteers and children on hand as well as a potting up station.  Lots of enthusiastic children stopped by and got involved in the digging and the planting.  The children learnt about the soil, how to plant seedlings and got to take their freshly potted organic plant home with them.  Everyone had lots of fun!
